She has worked with organizations in retail, government, education, financial services and information technology to understand the evolving workplace, and replace costly turnover, weak morale and engagement, and a generational disconnect with fresh ideas to help leaders in small-to-medium-size organizations attract, retain, engage, and inspire Millennials in today’s workplace.
